Ventana is led by Colorist Navin Shetty; he has collaborated with a formidable array of Production Houses, Cinematographers and Directors, for feature as well as advertising films. Navin started his career from Adlabs Films Private Ltd. & there on, has extensively worked with several leading Post Production Studios in India including Prime focus, Prasad Films (EFX), Pixion etc. With proficiency in Digital Formats and hands – on experience of more than 19 years, Navin has colour- graded over 10000 TV commercials and has colored deft strokes in many popular commercials for brands such as BMW, L’oreal , Nokia, Colgate, Lux, Lifebuoy, etc.

Ventana’s creative team is lead by Prashant Sadphule who has an experience of more than 20 years in CG & VFX mainly in the area of advertising, He has worked with some of the finest post houses in the business like, famous studios, F X labs, Ramoji films etc. Prashant and his team have worked with clients through every phase of the creative process, from vfx , design and previz to cg animation, digital effects, compositing and matte painting. Core specialties include photo real cg environment, character, animation, and fluid stimulation.

Samitha Shetty is the Managing partner at Nube & The Chief of Finance at Ventana studios, managing the finance, administration and coordination between the team. An Architect by profession a span of fourteen years, as an entrepreneur she has conceived, designed and executed many projects in the architectural construction & interior field. She has to her credit executed many post production studios as well. Ventana had been an exceptional project for her from execution to operations. She brings her creative background along with her problem solving skills to support entrepreneurial spirit in Nube & Ventana.

With over twelve years of line producing projects for Post production companies such as Pixion, EFX and Team works. Sandesh moved into the Producer role to develop new opportunities for the studio. He particularly enjoys creating relationships with new clients whilst maintaining a close connection with existing ones. As Producer, Sandesh is responsible for assessing and planning new projects and working with our Creative, Data and Marketing team to ensure all of our projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Vishal Banjaria has been associated with the Indian advertising and post-production industry for nearly 11 years and is experienced in handling the business & marketing of post-production artists and studios. Prior to Nube, Vishal has worked with Splice Studioz, Pixion CCL, and Kodak India. With an unflagging focus on procuring and delivering projects – TVCs, long-format series, and movies, he deeply gets involved at a strategic level with key clients. His expertise lies in Relationship Building and Client Servicing.

Ryan Williams has spent a long time of his career at Ogilvy Mumbai in the ad-films production team and has worked on some of the best-known brands in the country like Red Label Tea, Bru Coffee, Taj Mahal Tea for HUL, Bournvita, Mumbai Indians, Asian Paints, Tata Sky, Fevicol, Astral Pipes. Post Ogilvy he moved to DDB Mudra which saw him working on brands like Big Bazaar, FBB, Brand Factory and Nutralite to name a few. Coming from an advertising agency background, Williams understands the expectations of decision-makers across various brands, agencies/production companies.
